Appointments

To ensure your desired appointment time, we recommend scheduling your massage at least 7 days in advance. A major credit card is required to guarantee all appointments. Please note: When a massage is going to be paid for with a gift certificate, a credit card number is still required to guarantee an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide 24 hours notice for all cancellations and changes. If appointment is missed without proper notice, the full charge of the treatment will be incurred.

Refund Policy

All properly cancelled appointments which are pre-paid will be refunded within one business day

What to Wear

For all massage sessions, except Chair Massage, you will not need any clothing. Wearing underwear or shorts is appropriate, but also optional. Excluding the area being massaged, you will be fully draped during your session.

Arrival

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your massage therapist will greet you in the waiting room.

Late Arrivals

Nolan Watts Cambridge Massage Therapy is a thriving, busy practice and appointments are scheduled back-to-back with 15 minutes between appointments to prepare for the next treatment. It is not possible for Nolan Watts Massage Therapy to credit or provide additional time due to client tardiness.

Late Therapist

If the appointment does not begin in a timely manner or your therapist misses the appointment the client will receive an hour massage at no cost.
